The private room is available for parties of 8 people minimum. (minimum charge apply for small parties)

The room upstairs holds a maximum of 28 people on one table.

We would always consider booking the whole restaurant downstairs for a special event.

Menu cards and place cards are supplied for your own use. Candles for dinner on your table. Access to the private room is by staircase (16 steps). Please note that there is no lift access.

To ensure maximum quality we are only able to offer a set menu with a single choice of main course for parties of more than 15 people.

We are happy to cater separately for vegetarians or guests with specific dietary requirements. 

Prices are subject to change and will only be garanteed when your party has been confirmed. 20.% VAT is included in all prices. All wines and spirits are subject to availability. The service charge of 12.5% on the bill is at the customer's discretion and fully distributed to our staff. The host of the party will be responsible for any damage caused by guests in the Private Room. It is the Management's right to ask any guest to leave the restaurant due to disruptive behaviour.

Confirmation of Bookings

Your booking will be secure only after reception by fax,letter or email by "Le Colombier" of the attached form.

A deposit of £30 per person expected is required when you confirm your booking.

Payment

As there is no credit arrangement established at "Le Colombier", the settlement of the account will be at the conclusion of the function.

We accept all major credit cards.

Room Hire

There is no room hire fee for lunch or dinner parties. Minimum charge of £1000 (£800 lunch time) apply for the use of the private room.       (food and drinks) 

Time Restriction

Lunch parties will be ask to vacate the premises no later than 5 pm. Dinner parties will be ask to vacate the premises no later than 1.00am. Our Alcohol licence permits us to serve alcohol up until 12 midnight (11.30pm on sunday).

Cancellation

In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled , the following conditions apply: With less than 28 days notice, deposit will be refunded only if the room is resold. Cancellation within 5 working days before the event, or non arrival of the party will result in the non refund of the deposit.

Deposits for confirmed booking in December are non refundable.
